Become a RanchPad Partner
Grow your practice by working with the farms you already serve. RanchPad gives vets, advisors, inseminators, accountants and resellers a dedicated partner portal — with no farm to manage.
Create Your Free AccountOne Login, Many Roles
Your email is your RanchPad ID. The same account can be a partner and also a team member on your clients' farms.
Non-Farm Business Organization
Create a business organization that is not a farm — your billing identity for invoicing client farms.
Commission & Payouts
Resellers earn commission on referred clients, paid out monthly via Stripe. Service partners bill directly.

Apply to Become a Partner
Tell us about your business and which partner type fits you best.
Get Approved
RanchPad reviews your application and notifies you by email.
Get Onboarded
Connect Stripe, create your business organization, and start working with client farms.
Step 1Create Your RanchPad Account
Go to Create Account. If you do not manage a farm, tick "I do not manage a farm - I am a service provider, vet, advisor or partner". Your email address becomes your RanchPad ID, used across the whole site for a single login.
Step 2Apply to Become a Partner
After registering you land on the Partner Portal. Click Apply to Become a Partner and complete the application: company name, contact, business email, phone, partner type (reseller, vet, inseminator, advisor, accountant, etc.) and a short description of your business.
Step 3Application Review
An administrator reviews your application. The Partner Portal shows an Under Review status while it is being processed, and you receive an email when a decision is made. If the application is not approved, the reason is shown and you can update your details and re-apply.
Step 4Get Onboarded
Once approved you can:
- Open Payout Settings to connect a Stripe account for commission payouts.
- Create your non-farm business organization under My Business to use as your billing identity.
- For service partners, request access to farms and manage them under All Farms / Clients.
Already a Farmer?
Existing farm account holders can also become partners — open the Partner Portal from the sidebar and apply. One login works for both your farm and your partner work.
