Your farm data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain your data for 90 days to allow recovery, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request a full data export at any time.

  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.

8. International Compliance

RanchPad complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, Australian Privacy Act 1988, UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), and applicable US state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
